IN ARIZONA, MORE THAN 1 IN 5 CHILDREN LIVE IN POVERTY.
Without high-quality early education, underserved children are more likely to be placed in special education, drop out of school, become a teen parent, or be arrested for a violent crime.
Invest in pre-k education for vulnerable children and you invest in everyone’s success.
“Every dollar invested in quality early childhood education produces a 7-10% per annum return in better education, health, social and economic outcomes.” –James Heckman, Nobel Laureate in Economics, University of Chicago
