Balsz Pediatric Clinic at Educare Arizona

Mountain Park Health Center has partnered with Southwest Human Development, Educare Arizona and the Balsz School District to bring quality, affordable healthcare to the students and families in the area. The Mountain Park Health Center Balsz Pediatric Clinic is a full-service health center offering pediatrics, dental and WIC services to the community.

This school-based clinic is made possible thanks to funding from the Ibis Foundation of Arizona, the Hickey Family Foundation, and a federal grant. Mountain Park was one of just 27 health centers nationally, and the only one in Arizona, to be awarded federal funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for a school-based health center!

The clinic accepts most insurance including all AHCCCS plans and even offers a sliding discount fee for those who are uninsured.

With seven other locations around the Valley, Mountain Park has been serving the community for more than 40 years. While our Balsz Pediatric Clinic is a pediatric only clinic, the services we offer at our other locations include:
